That Girl in the Bikini

A resort near a beach is full of variety of people some playing water games, other resting & having sand bath. In between the chaos & many people Ravi notices a young girl wearing bikini but of typical Indian nature uncomfortable with the dress &  unhappy. Sadness can be read from her eyes while her face wears a fake smile for the world. Ravi not wanting to but something was there which gets him attracted to her.
She is lawfully wedded wife of her husband who can be seen by his side forcing her for all things which she doesn’t want to. Her husband is a typical male & wants to own her wife. He wants to makes her forcibly drink wine but somehow she refuses & moves away from there. Ravi is the manager of that resort where the girl Sheetal & her husband have come to spend their holidays for a week. Ravi follows her & goes close to her to know more about her.
Sheetal is busy talking to her friend when suddenly he interrupts her asking feedback for his resort. Sheetal looks at him in no mood to answer him but forcibly trying to make her comfortable as she had never ever worn a bikini in her life. She did only for her husband’s wish but now cannot bear a single moment on the beach & wants to get back to her room. Ravi can see hesitation in her eyes & he handles her towel so that she can cover herself up. Sheetal cannot think how an outsider can know her feelings & her own husband doesn’t care for her. He is busy in his own world.
Sheetal now feels good & tells Ravi how she got married & through all her journey, a strange loneliness accompanied her. He can make out that she was living a compromise not marriage just because her parents can be happy. Ravi starts feeling bad for that girl though she belonged nothing to him. He just wanted to see her happy so he goes to talk to her husband. But it’s of no use. He is totally drunk & busy flirting with the other girls. Ravi sees all this & cannot stop himself & tries to make him remember that he is married. But Sheetal’s husband is in no mood to listen. He abuses him & even his wife & starts doubting his wife & speaking ill of her.
Meanwhile Sheetal comes over there & is shocked to hear the words of her husband & see his behavior. She goes at a corner of the beach & starts weeping. She never wanted to marry him but her parents wanted an NRI son-in-law who has lots of  wealth to buy their daughter happiness but she is not happy. Her husband wants to change her. For him she is a villager. Those who wear modern & short dresses are only civilized for him. She wants to live her own life & not to be treated as a doll who has to dress or undress herself as her husband desires. No one can understand her feelings except Ravi who lends his shoulder for her to cry. She starts liking Ravi & Ravi fell in love first time he saw her face. But initially he never understood that he was in love until when it was time for Sheetal & her husband to go back from their honeymoon.
When Sheetal comes to bid goodbye to Ravi he cannot stop himself from confessing his love for her. Sheetal cannot answer & doesn’t know how to react. She runs away & goes back to her room. Should she hear her mind or heart. She has also started loving her as he was the only person to understand her & help her whenever she needed. But the society will not allow her to think of anyone except her husband. Her parents will curse her if she leaves her husband. But the past few days were like death to her. She doesn’t want to be owned but loved by her husband so she decides to leave her husband. She knows that it won’t be easy but she had made her mind.
She takes out that bikini which her husband had gifted her on their marriage & gives it back to her husband with a note which says she loves someone else & wants divorce from him. She goes back to Ravi & accepts his love by saying that she will live with him forever & has left her husband for him. They were made for each other. Her husband tries to woo her by admitting his mistakes & asking her to forget him. But till then it was too late. She had started loving & respecting Ravi who was unlike other men.
Many years have passed by now. Sheetal has two kids with Ravi & now Ravi owns that resort in the name of her wife. Her family hasn’t accepted their relationship but Sheetal is waiting that one day her parent’s love will win over society.

A Haunted Wedding

It’s Shimona’s wedding. The only girl child of  her father. The place chosen by her father is an old palace situated away from the noise & pollution of city near the woods. It has been beautifully decorated with flowers & lights not only to celebrate Shimona’s wedding but also her mother’s & father’s 25th anniversary.
It is a grand function & full care has been taken to entertain guests. It’s only a few days left for her marriage & her father wants everything to be perfect. Caterers, orchestra people all have been booked who are the best in the whole town. They are ready to move to the palace to start the functions of her wedding. They reach the palace which has already been decorated & it is looking beautiful. It previously belonged to a king and was quite old but looked absolutely new as it was maintained well.
On it’s walls were still the paintings of it’s previous owners who used to live over there. Shimona sees all these things & feels that she had come over here previously but cannot remember when. However she starts to get ready for the function while her mother is busy looking after the cooking arrangements.
Shimona feels hungry & goes to the kitchen to ask something to eat. But she can see nobody over there. So she thinks of finding some food for herself. At the deserted corner of the kitchen she sees a microwave oven kept on a table & looks almost new but it doesn’t belong to her. She opens it to look what is kept inside it & she is amazed to find a cake kept in it on which it is written Happy wedding anniversary. She feels that her dad must have kept it over there for her mother so she closes it & picks an apple from the bowl kept next to it & goes back to her room.
She rests on her bed & fells asleep. In the dream she sees her wedding but with someone else. Her mother calls her as all guests have arrived by now & she wakes up hurriedly getting ready for her engagement function. As she goes downstairs, she can see snapshots of  herself marrying someone &  fire all around her. She can see herself crying for help. She cannot only see but feel it too as if all is real. She somehow manages herself in front of others & as her bridegroom goes close to her she cries suddenly. She can see that person whom she married in her dream coming close to her so she cries with fear. Her parents ask her what happened & when she looks back again she finds that it was none other than her bridegroom only she feared & so she thinks that she is unwell & is hallucinating.
After the function she asks her mother about her father’s surprise before their ceremony. But her mother cannot understand what she was talking about. But seeing her previous behavior she asks her daughter to go to sleep. In her dream she sees the same thing again but this time her dreams are more visible. She can see the place of  her marriage & it was the same palace where she is now but with different orientation. The place that is kitchen now was her wedding stage previously. She is shocked to see the same dream again & can feel that something is wrong with this place & she will find it out.
The next day she goes to ask her father about the history of this place. He only knew that it belonged to some king & nothing else. So she thinks to look in the store room to find some old items which can give her more information about the palace. The storeroom was full of dust & smelt as if not opened for years. She finds all paintings of many people but only one of it grabbed her attention. It was covered with curtain & kept at a place difficult to reach out. But somehow Shimona manages to reach for it & pulls the curtain & is dazed to see it.
It’s her own photo with that person in her dream and the date mentioned below was about 200 years old. She can now understand that it’s her past life which is haunting her. But she cannot understand what to do now.  Whether to tell her parents or not. She calls her bridegroom & tells everything to him. He believes on her & takes her for a past life regression session.
There she tells all about her previous life how she fell in love with a king named Kundan & he loved him too & was passionate  for her. They were going to get married at the same palace where she is now going to but unfortunately the place met with a fire accident & all were charred to death. Her parents were same as in her previous life.
As she was telling all this suddenly she starts murmuring ” I won’t go with you. You are dead.”. Her bridegroom Ajay wakes her up & consoles her that everything is all right. Shimona tells that Kundan’s ghost has come to take her back. As they were busy talking Shimona’s mother calls her to come back to home as it’s considered inauspicious to meet her bridegroom a day before her marriage.
Shimona goes & the wedding day comes. She has been dressed beautifully in her wedding outfit & looked a pretty bride with all jewellery & make up. Ajay is dressed up as a bridegroom & looked handsome  & has reached the doorstep of the palace with whole crowd welcoming him.
Everything is ready for the marriage ceremony & the function has started. Shimona feels thirsty but all are too busy to address her so she goes to kitchen to drink water herself. As she finds the glass, she sees the same oven but this time kept where it was previously but this time steam was coming out of  it although it wasn’t plugged in. She sees that the whole place is covered with smoke & she starts feeling suffocated & fells down on the floor unconscious.
The time comes when the bride is being called. Shimona doesn’t reply so her mother goes to her room & she cannot find her over there. She asks servants to look for her but she can be seen nowhere.
Ajay tells everything about what Shimona told him & the whole family starts searching for her everywhere. Ajay goes to the kitchen where the oven was kept. He opens it. Shimona’s picture can be seen over there but he cannot reach it. He picks the oven up & calls a person he knew was expert of paranormal studies.
He tells Ajay that Kundan doesn’t want to see Shimona to marry someone else except him. He was a true and passionate lover of her & has been waiting for her since many years after his death to take her away with him. Shimona’s previous name was Ragini. And he called her Ragini. He has trapped Shimona & is not ready to leave her till he gets a way out to take her in his own world to live with him forever. Without her will Kundan cannot do so & Shimona is not ready to go with him.
The only way out is if  Kundan somehow gets ready to go back to his own world then only Shimona can get out of the picture in the oven. He has created a false world for her. Otherwise there is no way to get back Shimona to this world. And if she remains there for long she will die soon.
Ajay asks him to call Kundan’s spirit. As soon as he comes Ajay offers his own body to him where Kundan can live  only if he promises to leave Shimona alive & free her out of  that  trap. Kundan agrees as he only wants Shimona’s company as long as he exists.
After few minutes the oven disappears in front of them but Shimona cannot be seen anywhere. She is in the kitchen lying on the same floor which she fell upon. Ajay picks her up & brings her in her room. After few minutes she wakes up & glad to see Ajay by her side. She thinks all is well now & they both carry on with their marriage but this time Ajay has changed his marriage place.
The kitchen has been decorated with flowers as she  saw in her dreams but cannot understand why Ajay has planned to change the place suddenly. Their marriage completed successfully & it’s time now for Shimona to leave her parents & go to her new home to start a new life with Ajay after becoming her wife.

Basic Requirements for Diamond Investment

Before you invest in diamonds make sure your investment meets the following minimum requirements: Price transparency, resale liquidity, market access, quality certification, and expert guidance.

 1. Requirements for Diamond Investment
An investment diamond needs to be purchased at a price that is reasonably close to the price that you can easily resell it. Buying at retail and reselling at wholesale is a bad idea, so you need to connect with an expert that can give you direct access to international dealer prices and markets.
You also have to confirm the quality of your investment diamond through independent third party grading and expert confirmation. It is important that you establish a relationship with a trustworthy investment diamond expert that can advise you about timing, ensure quality control and handle your transactions.
2. Invest in the Basics
While very large and expensive fancy color diamonds attract the attention of super-wealthy collectors, they are thinly traded and do not offer the price transparency or timely resale liquidity. Unless you are a billionaire investor and/or expert collector, stay away from spectacular diamonds. Their pricing is highly speculative and they are often difficult to resell.
The Rapaport Group recommends initial investments in Round, 1.01 to 1.49 carat, D-H color, IF-VS2 clarity, Excellent to Very Good Cut, Rapaport Specification 2+ diamonds. These diamonds trade on a daily basis, their prices are well known and they are easy to purchase and sell.
Depending on the investment budget, strategic objectives and diversification requirements, diamond investments can include additional sizes such as one-half caraters (0.51 to 0.69 carat) and two carat to five caraters. While various investment portfolios using different size diamonds may be considered, we advise restricting investment to the well-defined and standardized round investment diamonds as described above.
3. Quality Certification
Investment diamonds should be graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and confirmed by your expert.
While the GIA is the primary grading authority, they grade all types of diamonds including substandard poor quality diamonds. Just because a diamond has a GIA grading report does not mean it is a good diamond. Have your expert ensure the diamond meets the Rapa port Specification 2+ quality standard in addition to having a GIA grading report.
4. Transactions Costs and Bid/Ask Spreads
Reasonable investment diamond transaction costs involving physical delivery of the diamonds can run in the 2 percent to 5 percent range depending on the size of the investment. The Rapa port Group is developing a new investment model that will provide investment diamond opportunities that do not require the physical delivery of the diamonds to investors at a one half percent (0.005) transaction cost.Investors should investigate the bid/ask spread (the price difference between buying and selling prices for investment diamonds). When buying a diamond as an investment it’s a good idea to find out what you would get if you were selling the diamond on the same day.
5. Expert Advice and International Market Access
The most important decision a diamond investor must make is whom to trust. Diamonds and diamond markets are highly complex.
You should establish a relationship with a sophisticated investment diamond adviser knowledgeable in the nuance of diamond quality as well as international diamond pricing and markets. Your investment adviser should also have direct buy/sell trading access to the global diamond markets in order to ensure fair market value bid/ask pricing.

The Addiction

Avnish, a renowned software engineer while rising to new heights of his career is offered a project which requires extensive traveling and meeting with new clients to complete this work.
He is quite excited about it. He always desired a job where he can enjoy himself and this turned up to be a golden chance for him. Bugged up by working and creating software codes for the virtual world he can now experience the real world. He quickly packs his bag with all things needed for his journey, adequately remembering to keep each and everything required by him. He boards a car which drops him at the railway station station and he is now standing on the railway platform ready to start his journey.
Vendors are busy selling tea & various other ea-table items from snacks to cold drinks to food. It’s quite a rush and chaos on the platform with everyone hurriedly running to catch up their trains. Animals can be seen loitering around the platform. Some people are busy waiting for the train to arrive while others queue up at various shops nearby. Avnish looks for a place nearby to sit.
After eventually searching, finally he is able to find a place where he can manage his things and himself. After waiting for half an hour the train arrives which he needs to board. He hires a porter to carry his luggage and asks him to keep it on his seat which was reserved for him. The train starts moving and his journey to an entirely new world starts.
In the front seat of his compartment a medium aged man is sitting who looks at him as if he wants to say something to him. Avnish decides to know about the stranger to end the monotony of his tiring journey. Still many stations needs to pass by before he can reach his final destination.
The trains moving sound proves as a hindrance for effective communication. So he gets up from his seat & sits near to him. That man tells that he is traveling to find his lost daughter who was kidnapped by some miscreants and released for money. But she went missing after she was safely brought to home. His eyes get filled with tears and Avnish consoles him and gives assurance that he will help him in getting his daughter back to him.
The place where his daughter went missing was a station before the place where Avnish needed to go to meet his new clients and he had ample amount of time to help that man. So he plans to board a second train after helping him. All his time passes in gossiping with that man and now he starts liking him. In no time he arrives at that station where the man wanted to look for his daughter and they both step down the train with Avnish  carrying the luggage with him.
That man asks Avnish to sit until he hires a taxi which will take both of them to that place where his daughter went missing. Avnish does as the man says and is busy searching  his cellphone to get more information about the location which can help them in finding that man’s daughter.
After some time the man returns with the news that he was unable to find a taxi which was ready to go at that place where his daughter was lost. He asks him if  he can borrow his cellphone to make a call to his friend who can avail a car that can take them to that place. Avnish gladly handles his mobile to that man and there is an unknown happiness on his face of being able to help someone.
That man takes his mobile and goes at a place where Avnish can see him but cannot hear him. He calls the members of his gang to carry the package to it’s destination. He returns back and politely asks him to come with him & wait at that place from where his friend will pick them up. Avnish goes with that man and he takes him outside the railway station to a place where only one or two people can be seen.
After a while a car stops in front of him whose window panes are totally covered with dark black films and nothing can be seen from outside. That man asks Avnish to open its door and sit inside the car. Avnish is quite shocked when he opens the door to find people sitting inside were wearing masks & carrying guns in their hand. He cannot think of anything but only wants to get out of this trouble  somehow which was an  unforeseen, unexpected and an unfortunate one.
He has never ever met with such an horrible incident before in his life. He quickly takes out his mobile but till then it’s too late. That man behind him grabs him and covers his face with his handkerchief. Avnish’s cellphone drops from his hands and he fells down unconscious.
After he opens his eyes he finds himself at a place which is not known to him and finds himself locked up in a room. Only voices of celebrations can be heard from outside which only said,
” We were successful in our mission. So let’s celebrate it.”
He cannot understand that whether they were kidnappers or terrorists and that man whom he thought innocent and needy turned out to be a professional criminal. His life must have been playing a joke with him.
Entangled into his own thoughts he is unable to hear the voice of the door being opened. That man enters who brought him over here and asks him to become a drug smuggler happily by his own choice otherwise they will turn him into one. He blatantly says no and they inject him with drugs.
Avnish is given a dosage each and everyday and now he has become addicted to it to such an extent that now he cannot live without it. He does everything that man says and still roams at that platform which turned  his life into a nightmare. Sometimes he cries and sometimes laughs on his own fate. He still regrets for the day when he committed a minor but big mistake of trusting someone whom he didn’t knew and went with him foolishly trusting him blindly.
He now uses his mobile to form clients but for an entirely new business which he never ever had thought that he will ever venture. His physical health deteriorated rapidly since that day but he is still living in some other lost world of cruel people. He is still addicted to life.

Lifestyle of Mayans

The Mayan culture reached from Mexico into Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador and lasted for over 3,500 years. In fact, descendants of the Maya are still living in the region and some of the Mayan languages are still spoken. The most visible legacy of the Maya are the stunning Mayan ruins that dot the Yucatan Peninsula.

They used humans as their sacrifices because it was believed that the Gods needed human blood to grow stronger. Yet another custom that was practiced sometimes was self-torture; on more dedicated levels one would practice self-torture daily.Another common custom was human sacrifices to the Gods. One way of doing this was by ripping out their hearts and leaving them there for offering to the Gods, or by throwing them down a cliff.
Mayan families all lived together- the parents, children, grandparents, and even great grandparents. When they were on their farms with the family, the men and older boys did most of the farm work including cropping, hunting, and fishing. The women and older girls did most of the “inside” work such as making clothes, preparing food, raising the children, getting firewood, and water.
They used chert and obsidian to create tools. They used bone to create needles and fishing hooks. Wood was also used for many things. They used it for making handles for things, levers, and bows for hunting and warriors. Later on in the 1200’s they used copper for tweezers and fishing hooks. Besides chert and obsidian, basalt was used for scrapers, chisels, axes, and grinding stones.
For decoration, beads and dresses, they used bone, jade, oystershells, and any other dark green stone they can find. Usually the girls would make the clothing and jewels, along with other chores such as bringing in wood and water. They would make sculptures and necklaces out of these rescources. They also wove baskets and clothing. They would use natural dye from indigo plants (which produced blue) and the chochineal (a bug) which would make red.

Mayan Writing

An elaborate system of writing was developed to record the transition of power through the generations. Maya writing was composed of recorded inscriptions on stone and wood and used within architecture. Folding tree books were made from fig tree bark and placed in royal tombs. Unfortunately, many of these books did not survive the humidity of the tropics or the invasion of the Spanish, who regarded the symbolic writing as the work of the devil.
Four books are known today:
The Dresden Codex
The Madud Codex
The Paris Codex
The Grolier Codex.
The priests followed the ruling class in importance and were instrumental in the recordings of history through the heiroglyphs. The two classes were closely linked and held a monopoly on learning, including writing. The heiroglyphs were formed through a combination of different signs which represented either whole words or single syllables. The information could be conveyed through inscriptions alone, but it was usually combined with pictures showing action to facilitate comprehension.
In both the priesthood and the ruling class, nepotism was apparently the prevailing system under which new members were chosen. Primogeniture was the form under which new kings were chosen as the king passed down his position to his son. After the birth of a heir, the kings performed a blood sacrifice by drawing blood from his own body as an offering to his ancestors. A human sacrifice was then offered at the time of a new king’s installation in office. To be a king, one must have taken a captive in a war and that person is then used as the victim in his accession ceremony. This ritual is the most important of a king’s life as it is the point at which he inherits the position as head of the lineage and leader of the city. The religious explanation that upheld the institution of kingship asserted that Maya rulers were necessary for continuance of the Universe.

Mayan Art

The art of the Maya, as with every civilization, is a reflection of their lifestyle and culture. The art was composed of delineation and painting upon paper and plaster, carvings in wood and stone, clay and stucco models, and terra cotta figurines from molds. The technical process of metal working was also highly developed but as the resources were scarce, they only created ornaments in this media. Many of the great programs of Maya art, inscriptions, and architecture were commissioned by Mayan kings to memorialize themselves and ensure their place in history.

Money

Money matters.
Money makes money,
They make money,
We make money,
All make money,
Not only to live,
But to survive,
You need to strive,
You need to compete,
You need to innovate,
For anything to purchase,
You need to buy,
You need to sell,
For only to dwell,
Sometimes even yourself,
Sometimes they are others,
Your own brothers,
Of your own breed,
Without caste or creed,
You sell them for your own greed,
You become selfish,
And fish money to fulfill your wish,
But in doing so you forget good or bad,
And you feel sad,
And regret when it’s too late,
Remember always it’s better being early than late,
But if anything wrong is done to you,
You cannot forgive,
And tend to be punitive,
You can only forget and cannot forgive,
Because you cannot determine,
The difference between right or wrong,
And not at all  strong,
To fight for the right,
Which is right,
Not only for you but for all,
If you are right you cannot fall,
Even if you do then too,
You are free without guilt,
You are strongly built,
You don’t care,
And tilt the world,
Which was earlier a nightmare,
And you paid fare,
For everything in the world,
Costs enough,
And people here are quite rough,
And unfair too,
In their approach,
They ten to poach,
And sometimes even kill,
To pay their bill,
They show their worth,
By killing on earth,
They pay bribes,
And sometimes even buy wives,
Keeping them under their knives,
All is done, just for fun,
And in this run,
They even use a gun,
Leaving none,
They sell their soul,
And become an owl,
Which cannot see during the day,
And they can see only dark but no ray,
They justify what is wrong,
They testify that they are strong,
Enough to rule by swords,
And not by words,
They act to enact,
Frame rules to keep themselves intact,
But they forget,
That nothing lasts for long,
How much you may be strong,
Everything has to end,
Well or unwell,
Choice is yours,
And you can only lend,
A helping hand or pointing finger,
You only linger,
And  only regret,
When all have left,
Left you forever,
Now you cannot cover,
For losses you chose for yourself,
For profits you lost yourself,
One wrong decision can lead you nowhere,
Nowhere is the success,
Only distress,
For those who take shortcuts,
And afraid of failure,
Temptations lead to devil,
And you turn out to be evil,
You end up forming a disease,
Which needs cure,
To be pure,
To be at ease,
And to stay abreast,
You need guts,
And need to crack tough nuts,
That too within timeline,
You need to align,
Yourself towards your goal,
And play your role,
Using techniques which are right,
Without any fight,
You need to respect,
And not suspect,
Without proof,
As you can’t stay aloof,
Money is not life,
It is only a device,
That tones your life.

Is He Dead or Alive?

Ravi is too late. He just finishes his work and leaves from his office to his home. That day he had some unfortunate experiences which he had never felt before in his whole life. Though small they had left a strong impact on him.
Remembering these incidents he is busy walking down the street. He has reached half way from his home and now it’s too late. It’s about few minutes left for the day to change. He is still on the road. No one is on the road &  he is still walking alone lost somewhere in his own thoughts.
Suddenly he hears the cries of a woman asking him for help. He quickly rushes to see where are the cries coming from. That’s the old graveyard which was more than a thousand years old  &  no one ever ventures over there nowadays. Then what a woman must be doing at this time & at such a place was the question that first came to his mind when he was unable to find anybody out there & the cries of that woman has suddenly disappeared now.
But now he is inside the graveyard gate. He knows a shortcut which is weird and requires walking between the graves but leads to his home quickly within 5 minutes. He thinks that he can save his time if  he goes through this route and also it’s already too late by now. So he moves ahead. His friend had discovered that route one day when they left from college in a hurry to avoid missing their classes.
After he reaches midway, he hears voices of as if someone is following him. He looks back many a times during his way back home but can’t see anyone behind him. He can also hear voices of crawling leaves in the dark and now he starts feeling a bit scared. The whole environment has suddenly changed into a haunted look and he is still a few meters away from his home.
He walks hurriedly but something comes in his way and he finds it stuck under his shoes. It looked as if a bangle of some lady but unlikely others which are totally round in shape. It’s oval in shape. It looks too precious & old & seems to be made up of pure sparkling diamonds whose reflection can be seen on his face in this dark night of no moon. He picks it up and thinks whether to take it with him or notBut he is too mesmerized by the charm of these diamonds and cannot stop himself and keeps it in his pocket without giving one more forethought to it & now he is only a few yards away from his home. Everything is alright till now. It’s just  now that he reaches the graveyard gate which is just opposite to his own house. He needs to cross it to reach his  home. But as he reaches in front of the gate, the gate closes rapidly with a bang. He tries to open it. But it is locked. He tries hard to pull it & even to climb over it but each trial results into one more failure & he is now totally exhausted.
He thinks to go back again to the front gate & curses himself from choosing this way to reach home quickly. But as he reaches the front gate he is amazed to find that it was closed too. He is too tired by now & it’s difficult for him to move his legs & he feels as if they had been stoned. Hopelessly he sits down near the graveyard’s gate. Still whole night is there to pass for him in this graveyard that wears a more haunted, deserted & scary look with each single moment passing by & he is  just waiting for the  morning  to come soon so that he can ask  for help from someone nearby.
Nobody is there to help him out of that trap which the graveyard has lain for him. He closes his eyes and tries to sleep. As he falls asleep he sees a woman asking him to return her bangle back. He refuses & she comes close to his neck & bites him.  She sucks his blood & takes her bangle back from him. His eyes open with a shout  full up of  fear as if all must have had really happened to him.
He looks outside the gate & can see it’s early morning now and a worker is busy in cleaning the road. He calls him & asks him to open the graveyard’s gate. The worker replies that the gate was not closed so there is no question of opening it. He looks back again towards the gate & finds that the worker was telling truth and wasn’t joking. Was he hallucinating throughout the night or has he gone insane ? This question starts haunting him.
He hurriedly gets out of the graveyard & finally returns to his home. He goes to bath and finds marks of being  bitten around the neck by something he doesn’t know what & when was he bitten & starts wondering about it as he sees his face into the mirror. He then recalls his dream & looks into his pocket where he had kept that bangle which he had found in the graveyard. He searches all the pockets of his clothes but unable to find that bangle anywhere.
Last night that he spent in the graveyard near to his house has changed him forever.  Now he has started drinking human blood & eating human flesh. He has  turned into a cannibal without letting anyone even doubt what he does each day. He hates sunlight & stays in the dark most of the time. His wounds now take no time at all to heal. All his hairs have shed & now he wears a cap to hide his baldness & keeps his face covered to hide himself from rest of the world. His new  friends are weird & they come to visit him only at night. He has left his job & now works in a graveyard. He eats dead people’s flesh & drinks blood of alive humans occasionally. He now likes those things which he previously used to hate and never ever had even thought of doing  for himself. Also he had left his parents in an old age home whom he used to love & respect earlier & never ever even cares to know about their well being nor he has visited them ever since he left them. He stays away from people and never ever allows anyone to come closer to him.
He  has no emotions left  for anyone now  & lives alone in his same house with boards put up in every corner of the house & even at the gates that say  ” Knock before you enter”  & “Please do not disturb”. And whosoever tries to enter his house without  his permission has never been heard to come back again. Every month when there is no moon night, he spends that whole night in the same manner as he did once when he was human and unfortunately trapped in that graveyard. Is he dead or alive?

Most scariest places on earth

Some of the most scariest places on earth are given under:

The Parisian Catacombs
The Paris Catacombs are a maze of tunnels and crypts underneath the city streets where Parisians placed the bones of their dead for almost 30 years. Prior to the creation of the Catacombs in the mid-1700s, residents buried their dead in cemeteries, but as the city grew, they quickly ran out of space.

The Skirrid Inn
One of the most notorious haunted sites in England is the Skirrid Mountain Inn in Llanfihangel Crucorney, Wales. According to folklore, in its 900-year history over 180 people have been hanged from a beam on the staircase, which is still in place today, with rope marks, apparently. The first floor of the inn is thought to have been a courtroom in the past.

Glasses often suddenly fly across the room of their own accord, faces are seen at windows and people feel nooses around their necks. Guests who stay there often report waking to icy room temperatures – even when the heating is on – and the feeling of being watched.
Bell Farm
The Bell Farm haunting is recognized throughout the paranormal community as the only known account of a ghost that caused the death of a living person. During the years of 1817 and 1821 a woman entity terrorized the Bell family. She became known as the Bell Witch or ‘Kate’. She had tortured John Bell so much that it led to his death. He did suffer from a nervous system disorder, and Kate’s antics made his condition worse.

Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh Castle is reputed to be one of the most haunted spots in Scotland. And Edinburgh itself has been called the most haunted city in all of Europe. On various occasions, visitors to the castle have reported a phantom piper, a headless drummer, the spirits of French prisoners from the Seven Years War, colonial prisoners from the American Revolutionary War – and even the ghost of a dog wandering in the grounds’ dog cemetery.

The Ridges
Originally known as the Athens Lunatic Asylum, The Ridges was renamed after the state of Ohio acquired the property. The hospital saw hundreds of lobotomies, and often declared masturbation and epilepsy to be the causes of insanity in patients.
The notorious rapist with Dissociative Identity Disorder, Billy Milligan, was housed at the facility for years. The most famous story, however is that of a 54 year old female patient who ran away and was missing for 6 weeks. She was found dead in an unused ward. She had taken off all of her clothes, neatly folded them, and laid down on the cold concrete where she subsequently died. Through a combination of decomposition and sun exposure, her corpse left a permanent stain on the floor, which is still visible today.

Mini Sattelites Powered with Android Phones

NASA is experimenting with new satellites that use off-the-shelf electronics to cut down on costs. At the heart of its new nano satellite is a Google Nexus smartphone, which has both the processing power to run the orbiter and the sensors it needs to perform its mission.

Today’s smartphone has many times the processing power of all the used computers during the Apollo moon landings. The approach NASA is taking in latest project is that which uses off-the-shelf to electronics, including a Nexus One Android phone, in the construction of a new nano satellite.
Called Phone Sat 1.0, the 4-inch cube is the prototype for what NASA hopes will be a fleet of miniature orbiters that can each be built for less than $3500 in materials. The smartphone is a particularly key component because it already contains much of the core technology needed in a satellite: radios, a versatile operating system, a fast processor and multiple sensors. From NASA’s website:
The Nexus One acts as the spacecraft on board computer. Sensors determine the orientation of the spacecraft while the smartphone’s camera can be used for Earth observations. Commercial-off-the-shelf parts include a watchdog circuit that monitors the systems and reboots the phone if it stops sending radio signals.
NASA’s PhoneSat 1.0 satellite has a basic mission goal–to stay alive in space for a short period of time, sending back digital imagery of Earth and space via its camera, while also sending back information about the satellite’s health.
The next version of Phone Sat will use the newer Nexus S and will have a mission more involved than mere survival. It will carry an S-band two-way radio, which will allow NASA to control the tiny spacecraft on the ground, rather than just receive transmissions. Phone Sat 2.0 will also have solar panels to keep the phone’s battery charged, magnetor quer coils – electro-magnets that interact with Earth’s magnetic field — and reaction wheels, which will allow engineers to control the satellites orientation in space.
NASA expects to launch two Phone Sat 1.0 satellites and one Phone sat 2.0 this fall, hitching a ride on the new Antares rocket, built by Orbital Sciences Corporation. Orbital Sciences is a competitor of SpaceX , which designs the Falcon rocket competing with Antares for NASA contracts.

10 Facts Related to Health

Some interesting but realistic facts about your overall health and well-being.
  1. Getting in your fruits and veggies can help the body produce its own form of Aspirin. After a study done by the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry, participants who ate fruit and  vegetables containing benzoic acid, could produce their own salicylic acid. This is the main ingredient in aspirin that makes aspirin an anti-inflammatory pain reliever.
  2. Colds are not caused by being wet or cold. They are caused by viruses, that have nothing to  do with cold temperatures. However, in cold temperatures, people are more inclined to spend time together indoors, thereby more easily transmitting the virus from one person to another.
  3. Watching yourself in a mirror while running on a treadmill, will make your workout go faster.
  4. The myth that spinach is extremely rich in iron, is the result of a printing error. Many decades ago, a table indicating nutritional values of certain food types, put the decimal point, indicating the iron content of spinach, one position too far to the right, thereby increasing its supposed iron content tenfold. Despite the mistake being rectified 70 years ago, public perception still has not followed suit.
  5. Three quarters of all the food we eat on this planet come from eight types of grains : maize, rice, wheat, oats, barley, sorghum, millet and rye.
  6. Your kitchen sink is dirtier than your bathroom sink. There are approximately 500,000 bacteria lurking around your drain alone. Over 50 million bacteria in a single colony can live on one sponge.
  7. The rat and the mouse are far more dangerous to humans than any other animals. They carry at least 20 pathogens that cause different diseases. It is estimated that they have caused the deaths of more people in the last thousand years than all wars in the world put together.
  8. Using a diary for weight-loss purposes can double a person’s weight loss efforts.
  9. Sexologists can determine a woman’s orgasm history, solely by the way she walks.
  10. Walking either in water, against the wind, or wearing a backpack burns approximately 50 more calories an hour.

Neil Armstrong No More

Astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, passed away on Aug. 25, 2012. He was 82.
Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, has died at the age of 82.
Armstrong served as commander of the Apollo 11 mission and became the first human being to set foot on the moon on July 20, 1969.
The former NASA astronaut is best known for his immortal words “That’s one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind,” which he spoke as he took a step onto the lunar surface. There has always been some dispute about whether he actually said the “a” or if it was lost in transmission, but there has never been an argument about his place in history.
The number of men who have actually walked on the moon is dwindling (only eight of the twelve who did it, all Americans, are still alive). And  a human hasn’t visited the surface of the moon since Eugene Cernan in 1972. The Journal asked Tyson, an astrophysicist and director of the Hayden Planetarium, to reflect on the passing of Armstrong–and the possibility of man building on his accomplishments and going to Mars.

Benefits of Cloud Computing

Cloud computing has been considered as the “Next Big Thing” in web design. With this technology, users can access their programs and get storage space online. Cloud computing allows businesses can save a whole deal of capital and maintenance costs of servers.

1. First of all, cloud computing will help reduce hardware costs as businesses would no longer need to spend on advanced and expensive hardware. The client need not buy the fastest computer with maximum memory on the hard drive. Even the simplest computer terminal can connect to the cloud.
2. Second, the data and programs can be retrieved from anywhere at anytime from a computer with Internet access. The data is saved on an offsite location and will not consume hard disk space on the company’s computer network. With the cloud, the client can make the most out of the cloud’s entire processing power.
3. Third, the resources are dynamically provisioned and hence are scalable and elastic. Thus, engineers are spared from worrying about the network’s peak loads. Aside from that, the performance of the network is monitored and the service uses consistent and loosely coupled architectures as its system interface.
4. There are four kinds of cloud deployment models namely public, community, hybrid, and private. Public cloud computing is accessible by the general public through a service provider. Examples of public cloud providers are Amazon AWS, Microsoft, and Google. In community cloud, the infrastructure is shared by organizations with a common concern.
Meanwhile, a hybrid cloud is an infrastructure that is composed of two or more clouds that maintains their uniqueness despite being bounded together. Finally, a private cloud is solely dedicated to a single organization, whether managed internally or by a third-party and hosted internally or externally.

Armstrong Would be Stripped of His Olympic Medal

Armstrong contends that the USADA doesn’t have the authority to strip him of the titles.
Armstrong’s lawsuit fighting the agency’s right to bring the charges was dismissed in Austin earlier this week.
Regardless of who is in the right, Armstrong’s supporters rallied on Facebook and Twitter. Most of their venom appeared to be directed at the USADA; the agency’s name and the name of its director, Travis Tygart, were trending on Twitter.
Armstrong was collecting roughly ten postings of support per minute on Facebook, with only a handful declaring him to be a “cheat” — and that was before he’d even posted his statement, which collected more than 4,000 Likes in half an hour.
There was no immediate reaction from Armstrong’s media company, Livestrong.

A Real Story

It’s a real story,
Not a reel one,
About someone,
Who lives near you,
Though,
You might not know,
But you may now,
Read it yourself,
A girl who is considered about herself,
What will happen to her,
She is not able to hear,
The voices though near,
She cannot be able to bear,
What people say about her,
For her stay,
In this world,
As long as she is alive,
And full of life,
People come to kill her,
Kill her through their words,
Though she is bold,
And old enough to hold,
Her life as tightly as possible,
And make impossible possible,
She hears only of her heart,
And sets herself apart,
She is not like the rest of the herd,
She is a flightless bird,
Has wings but cannot fly,
Speaks truth and cannot lie,
Punished for all whatever she does,
But cannot share her woes,
With others as they are strangers,
Keeps herself away from gossip mongers,
Though she is a good manager,
But she cannot manage her anger,
When people comment on her,
And is not afraid of any danger,
One day changes her and her life,
She cannot become anyone’s wife,
And she is not able to speak,
Her anger is at full peak,
She doesn’t know what to do,
As people favour marriage and men,
Make fun of her,
Her feelings & emotions,
Do everything to create tensions,
In her mind,
To bind,
Her into marriage,
Which she cannot manage,
To happen in her life,
And become anyone’s wife,
Now she hate’s men,
And people around,
Who say you are of wommen community,
And you have to marry for community,
They come to chalenge her immunity,
And show fake pity,
When teased by men,
Like lions without den,
Who come to show,
And make her bow,
In front of marriage,
In the name of society,
She hates to live in that city,
City of carriage,
Where women are carried,
And only married,
As items and goods,
And eaten as foods,
Meant for loots,
Kept below boots,
Without any recognition,
No one considers their condition,
Which causes ignition,
In the hearts of many,
Who form company,
To fight for their right,
As they are right,
And take life to a new height,
And give it weight,
So that women can stand straight,
Upon their own,
Without being owned,
By anyone in the town,
Money though may be honey,
For men and women only,
Only those who desire,
Filled  with greed,
But not for those who respire,
In the name of God,
Away from breed,
Are few but true,
And live for the Lord,
And force none for anything,
Treat women too as human being,
Being in the world not only to reproduce,
She is not the only thing,
The real producer is God,
Who doesn’t make fun of,
Individual traits of things,
No matter living or non-living,
God has given all right to persist,
As they want,
Without any taunt,
If you have voice,
Voice your wisdom,
]Not your kingdom,
As wise think twice before they speak,
Not to hurt or to harm,
But to create charm,
Only fools speak and make fun to have fun,
To keep pace in the long run,
But life is not running,
It is cunning,
Enought to throw you down,
If you aren’t careful enough,
Then you are sure to drown,
And feel that it’s tough,
Life is living,
Living with good intent,
And not ment for rent,
Which anyone else can borrow,
So, don’t live with sorrow,
Be happy and live happily,
Like a blossomed lily,
This girl is still fighting for her rights,
Not caring about the plights,
She will make others follow their rights,
And make people worth wrights,
She is amongst you,
Look if you can find her,
Follow her if you like her.
