Management Professionals: With the onset of various MNC’s in India the demand for the management professionals has increased to a great extent. Candidates with a degree in management such as MBA or PGDM are usually paid 7-15 Lakhs per year as the starting salary.
Charted Accountants: These days  companies require CA’s to maintain their financial accounts and to generate annual financial reports. Big as well as small business companies need CA’s to maintain their book of accounts. The starting salaries may range between 3.5-4 lakh per annum but this field has a large scope in the government sector and for private consultations.
Engineers: An engineer is a person upon whom the future of the whole nation depends. It can also be said that engineers are the builders of a nation. Let it be Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical or Software engineers have always been in demand. Companies across the globe hire engineers and are willing to pay high to attract bright students. Engineers with a degree in management are also in huge demand these days.
Medical Professionals: These days  medical professionals are not only in huge demand but they earn well too by engaging in the private consultations, Surgeries and more. The salaries range from 4 lakhs to 6.5 lakhs per year and it gets increased if one is a specialized surgeon. Medical Professionals include Nurses , physiotherapist , Dentists , gynecologists etc. and their demands have increased due to the privatization of the medical sector in India . The Organizations are willing to pay huge to the most apt candidates.
Law Professionals: Globalization has led to the progress of the country in many ways and with the settling up of MNC’s in India the requirements for people who know laws and have the understanding of laws in a country have increased tremendously. Lawyers can earn lakhs to crores from a single case but this depends on the knowledge and understanding one has of the Legal Matters
Aviation Professionals : The Aviation sector has seen a huge boost in the past few years . Salaries of a Jumbo or Regular Pilots may range between 8-10 lakhs per annum. The Aviation companies need Stewards, Air Hostesses , Ground staff etc. to cater the needs of the people flying from one place to another and also for their comfort and healthy experience . These days Aviation companies pay huge amounts to Air hostesses and stewards as well .
Psychologists & Counselors: The increased competition and the tensions associated often stress people out which take toll on one’s health .The need for the psychologists and counselors are increased as there are many concerns in one’s life these days , Such as Job losses and other events taking place in one’s life . One may seek a counselor to aid their addiction, for career counseling , in the initial years of marriage . Counselors’ are also appointed by the various educational institutes to guide students on career.
Hospitality Industry: India has been a tourist spot for years and we are progressing further in this field and to attract more tourists or to emerge in the list of top tourist places of the world we need more trained professionals and this has increased the demand of people who have a degree in hospitality .
Retail Sector: These days we can see the malls and shopping complexes coming up on the every second street of the country and with developments in this sector the demands and salaries have both increased in this sector. And it is estimated that 2 million people would be employed by this sector in the coming future.
Teachers: Bright and Brilliant teachers are always in the demands at every level of education be it elementary school or college. The coming up of Sarv Shiksha Abhiyaan or Education for all movement has increased the number of vacancies for teachers and also the salaries to attract more people to this job.
